All Brix Print Co. fine art prints are made to order and professionally produced and packaged by our fine art print partner.

Please allow time for your print to be produced before it ships. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

We ship internationally. Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at brixprintco@gmail.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the print and packaging so we can make it right.
